I have been getting my haircut at this location and their previous one across Highland for almost 15 years. Always top service and a good cut. I have tough hair to cut, but they always listen and do a good job. The MVP is a must.
I have been coming to this Sports Clips for years, I now bring my 2 sons here also. We are treated like a million bucks from Staci and others who work at this facility. I would highly recommend Sports Clips in Holladay , Ut to everyone who is looking for the best haircut and shampoo your money can buy.
I love the care and hair cuts my sone gets here. We have been coming for almost 2 years and he always gets what he wants.

I have been a loyal customer of Sports Clips for several years when the location was at 1871 E. Murray Holladay Road. Your had an associate by the name of "Gina" that was very good at her profession and I followed being a customer when you moved to the new location. Gina had left working for you at that location and nobody seemed to be able to tell me where she had moved too. One day in the supermarket, I happened to meet her in the store and she told me that she and a partner where working out of a hair cutting van and asked if I would like to connect with them for hair cuts. I did not look her up, or take down any information, but the point is I have been a loyal customer for several years until my visit last week when I was instructed to enter my information into a new computer system and select a preferred associate. I did not have a preference and assumed I would move up the scale in the order my name was registered, that did not happen and guys with a preference moved up the scale ahead of me. That was upset #1, as long as I can remember you cut men's hair only. When I was seated I noticed a lady in a chair next to me. She had been there for some time because I did not see her in the waiting room. When I questioned my associate about it, she replied they have always cut women's hair. It's a fact, it takes longer to cut a ladies hair than it does for a man and that is one of the reasons I had remained a good customer so I could get in and out ASAP. I am in my seventies and the last thing I want to do every few weeks is spend an hour waiting to get a hair cut. I am very upset over this new policy and will not be a return customer to "SPORTS CLIPS" again. Until this computer system is removed, my bet is you will begin to lose a lot of elderly men customers.
